The Inter Club Council of El Paso is a non-profit social organization made up of representatives from various social/civic, fraternal and business organizations in the El Paso area.  The purpose of the organization is to foster communication between members to share information, discuss community activities to minimize overlapping of events and to plan events sponsored by the ICC such as the Juneteenth Celebration  and the annual Black History Parade and Festival. ICC Members meet the 1st Tuesday of each month at the historic McCall Neighborhood Center.

El Paso Black History Parade and Festival
will take place on Saturday, February 26th

Parade: 10 am – Pershing &Montana
Festival: Noon – Mary Webb Park
